A traditional washed rind Alpine cheese made in the Appenzeller style.  Has a smooth and nutty flavor.  Made with raw cow’s milk and aged at least 6 months.  This one will make you want to yodel!

Product Details

Sold in 1/2 lb pieces (+/- 1 oz).  

Approximate Size is 3.5x 1.5 x 6 inch wedge, but will vary as each piece is hand cut.
